Three ways, and all of them reach the same schedule. Same day appointments are often available at both offices, and you do not need a diagnosis to book.

What to bring to your first visit
- Photo ID and your insurance card
- A list of the medicines you take
- Any X-rays, scans or notes from another doctor about this hand or wrist
- For a work injury, the claim number and your employer's contact
Out of state? We offer virtual consultations. Ask when you call, or say so in the form.

Notes for the practice, before this page could go live
- Form routing. Confirm where a request should land: an inbox, the practice management system, or both, and who owns the reply. Confirm the thank-you page URL too, since the Google Ads conversion fires there on a server confirmed load rather than on the button tap.
- Texting consent. The consent line says we may call or text. Confirm the exact wording with your counsel before this page is published, and confirm whether a separate opt-in checkbox is wanted for text.
- Form fields. The form deliberately collects name, phone, what hurts and preferred office, and nothing else. Anything more detailed is taken by phone. If you want a date of birth or an insurance field, that changes how the form must be hosted and secured.
- Hours. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm at both offices, read live off both Google Business Profiles on 2026-09-02. Your contact page also says the team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, which refers to the enquiry form and the answering service. Confirm which of those you want on this page.
- Same day wording. "Same day appointments are often available" is your own claim, corrected to one surgeon rather than "our hand surgeons". Confirm it still holds.
